Ajay Sarkar

AJ Sarkar, Founder & CEO

Entrepreneur, private businessman and industry advocate, AJ Sarkar is the Founder and CEO of RoundWorld Solutions, an IT consulting and management company based in San Diego. AJ embraces a global perspective and vision that he shares as his mission for RoundWorld Solutions, and the cornerstone to his vision and objective for establishing the ICCG.

AJ is also co-founder of the ICCG. He previously co-founded a Web services-enabled Business Process Management company, and holder of several patents. He has extensive experience in software design and business development, and holds an MS in Computer Science from the Computer Science Department at Pune University. He has articulated an innovative Wireless and Web Services Gateway for the Enterprise market, and was one of the first to envision the power of Web Services in the Wireless/Mobile field. He previously played key role in designing/architecting cutting-edge fiber-optics products during his tenure at Sorrento Networks.

He also held key technical positions at Coreel Labs/Paxonet and SwitchOn Networks (acquired by PMC Sierra). In his current role as a CEO of RoundWorld Solutions, he oversees client management, sales, and other business development activity to further the company’s mission of providing software “solutions-on-demand,” based on a hybrid Global model.

Evan Donaldson, VP of Solutions

Evan Donaldson, VP of Solutions & Delivery

Evan Donaldson is the VP of Solutions for RoundWorld Solutions. In this role, Evan ensures that RoundWorld provides cost-effective, targeted, scalable IT solutions for a broad array of clients, ranging from big-data analytics and visualization solutions with the 360° tool through big data and IT governance, staff augmentation, software and systems development, and consulting services.

Evan is also the co-founder of Talentry, running a Technical Services practice based out of San Diego, CA. He has worked in both technology project management, IT Solutions and Professional services for nearly 20 years, primarily focusing on San Diego and Southern California. He has managed projects, trained and advised, and identified resources for companies to meet their critical technical needs.

Evan is a subject matter expert on the IT management and Professional services, and optimizing customized staff augmentation programs and strategies. Evan is widely recognized for his classes and white-papers on these subjects, and is a regular contributor to LinkedIn.

Evan possesses a B.A. in Biology the University of San Diego, a Teaching Credential from the State of California earned at USD, and has completed the coursework for a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology at San Diego State University. He also serves as a V.P. of Programs for the HDI San Diego Chapter, and as a board member of the San Diego Chapter of the USD Alumni Association. Prior to his impactful career in the technology field, Evan was an award-winning teacher at prestigious Francis Parker Upper School, teaching Science and Math. Evan enjoys karate, deep-sea fishing, swimming, hiking and camping with his family.

Ronald Lovick

Ronald Lovick

Ronald Lovick is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 30 years of success across the cybersecurity, renewable energy, software, aviation, law enforcement, manufacturing, and visual marketing industries. With extensive experience providing transformational leadership for companies ranging from early stage to Fortune 500, he is a valuable asset for companies working to take advantage of new and emerging technology, or to better understand their clients’ needs and what their clients don’t yet realize they need. His broad areas of expertise include aviation, turnarounds, team building, strategic planning, sales & marketing, product development, business intelligence, operations, M&A, business plan pivoting, scaling, and due diligence.

Throughout his executive career, Mr. Lovick has held leadership positions at companies including Evohop Technologies, Cirrus Partners, Capsun Technologies, Solutions Business Imaging, Peregrine Systems, and DataWorks Corporation. He is currently CEO of Evohop, a rapidly growing cybersecurity company based in Carlsbad, California. Leveraging his previous experience in the law enforcement sector, the company’s platform was developed in collaboration with the U.S. Intelligence community to create self-learning technology to defend and gather forensic evidence on known “bad actors” and constantly evolving security threats. As President/CEO of Capsun in 2015-16, he was retained to manage the renewable energy startup and to commercialize and scale its patent pending technology. As President of Solutions Business Imaging (a Cirrus Partners Company) from 2002 to 2015, he led strategic planning and tactical execution for the visual marketing firm to increase profit margins by 35%. With Peregrine, he directed corporate applications worldwide for the $500 million global infrastructure software firm serving 90% of Fortune 500 companies in 21 countries and oversaw explosive growth. He moved into the business world after a career in law enforcement in the Los Angeles Sheriff Department and as a Command Pilot with Angel Flight-West. Other industries can also benefit from his police experience, such as the cannabis industry where he understands the dynamics between law enforcement and cannabis and “how they can co-exist in a positive way.”

Ronald holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Northridge, and a Police Science Instructor Certification from California Community Colleges-San Diego. He is a volunteer Terrorism/Infrastructure Liaison Officer with the San Diego Law Enforcement Coordination Center, working with the FBI, DHS and regional agencies to mitigate national infrastructure vulnerabilities to terrorism. He is also a Senior Government Liaison Officer and Public Information officer with the American Red Cross in San Diego, and has been an advisory board member with Polymer Flights and Infragard.


Steve Winstead

Steve Winstead, Managing Partner, Solutions & Delivery

More than 20 years experience in business-IT strategy execution, program governance, and operations experience, both as a consultant and executive. Focused around driving organizational capabilities to execute key business initiatives by appropriate work planning coupled with strategic linkage and progress visualization of those initiatives supporting programs and projects. Has led entire data management initiatives from planning through quality control into visualization across global enterprises.

These accomplishments have been achieved serving in various roles from Partner at Deloitte & Touche to Director at Oracle Business Consulting and within industry as CIO and member of Executive Committee at Kenwood Corp.

Serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building a string of successful companies with disruptive technologies that have generated billions of dollars in revenue. Founded and built IntelePeer, Telco 214, and others from inception to exit, raising millions of dollars in Venture Capital. Founder and CEO of IntelePeer, and led the company from inception to over $150 million a year in revenue.

Previously, he was the Founder and CTO of Telco214 where he built the company from launch to over $100 million in revenue. With deep knowledge and opinions on global cloud-based platforms and technologies, he has been featured in print, broadcast, and online media across the globe. Significant experience on technology company boards as a member or advisor, as well as IPO experience. Completed Ph.D course work in Electrical Engineering and holds Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees from Florida Institute of Technology. He has several patents to his name.
